When Innovative Dental came to OWN, Inc. to talk about their needs for a new office space in Springfield, Missouri, we knew that building a space that was fresh and clean would be of the utmost importance to them.
Our integrated team worked collaboratively with the client to design and develop a 17,000-square-foot modern, state-of-the-art office building. Our scope of work included:
- Site design and grading
- Stormwater improvements
- Sanitary sewer extension
- Parking lot design
- Private entrance drive design
- Geotechnical investigations
- Materials testing
- Land surveying
Construction on the new office building was completed in early 2021, and many consider it one of the nicest dentist offices in the country. Not only has the building has been putting a smile on the faces of its workers and patients, it’s been the perfect backdrop for Dr. Olson’s YouTube video series on dentistry!
